Job Description
- Answering phone enquiries regarding Teacher Training and Yoga Classes
- Assisting in answering of email enquiries regarding Teacher Training and Yoga Classes
- Assisting in taking of reservations for Teacher Trainings
- Basic MYOB Entry
- Dispatch of invoices
- Payment of invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Collection and posting of mail
- Data entry and data management
- Filing and office organisation
- Assisting the marketing department
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MYOB
- Good knowledge of computer programs including, excel, word and email applications
- Good phone manner
- Knowledge of yoga and yoga teacher trainings
- Data Management Experience with Data Management software eg. Microsoft Access
- demonstrated ability to multi task and work to deadlines
- demonstrated ability to work with in a team
- knowledge of office equipment, photo copying, laminator, scanner etc
Employment Conditions
Casual Rate. Monday - Friday, 6 hours a day.
