Payment Policy:

A $600 deposit is payable upon application and fully refunded immediately if the applicant is not accepted into the course.

Full payment is due six weeks prior to departure and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date. 

If the deposit is paid via credit card, it will automatically be charged the balance on the due date.

Waitlist Policy

If the course is full, we still accept bookings and your deposit of $600 will hold a place on the waitlist.

If we're unable to confirm your place, you will have the choice, to have your deposit fully refunded or transferred to another course.

Refund Policy

Should an application to a course not be successful, the applicant will be notified within one to two weeks and the full deposit paid will be immediately refunded.

If the balance of the course fee is not received by the notified due date (six weeks prior to course commencement), a student’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The student will forfeit the deposit paid.

If a student withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:
a) If the student withdraws 45 days or more prior to course commencement the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus an administration fee of $200.
b) If the student withdraws 30-44 days prior to the course commencement the student will receive 75% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $200.
c) If the student withdraws 14-29 days prior to course commencement the student will receive 50% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $200.
d) If the student withdraws 1-13 days prior to course commencement or withdraws after the course commences, the full course fee is non-refundable.

Accommodation and Meal Refund Policy

Should you choose to cease your food and / or accommodation options at the Byron Yoga Centre, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount paid less the daily rate of $35 per day for food and $35 per day for accommodation for the period of time you participated in the meals and accommodation option.

Transfer Policy

If circumstances arise that require a transfer from the course on which you have a confirmed booking you will need to supply us with a request in writing.

If a waitlisted participant can fill the space then you may be able to transfer your course to another applicable course at a cost of $100. This option is limited to one transfer only (after this, the regular refund policy applies) and depends upon a case by case assessment of your situation.

If there are no waitlisted participants to fill the space the regular refund policy applies to your transfer.

The following conditions apply for International Teacher Trainings:  
 
Byron Yoga Centre will advise re visa and travel requirements, however it is your final responsibility to ensure your travel documents are in order.

As it is the requirement of most countries, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after return date. 

Byron Yoga Centre strongly advises that you have adequate travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey. Although we offer full care, we cannot accept any responsibility if you choose not to cover yourself appropriately.
