Yoga and Cooking Retreat
27 Feb - 05 Mar $1250 

Explore conscious eating, deepen your understanding of nutrition and learn how yoga, meditation and pranayama can support a sattvic lifestyle.

This retreat offers the unique opportunity to assist in the kitchen during the week and learn how to prepare a variety of sattvic recipes, designed to be healthy, cleansing and delicious.

Participants will help the kitchen team and then share informally with the rest of the group about the meal preparation and ingredients etc before everyone enjoys the delicious meal created!

Yoga and Meditation Retreat
20 - 26 March $950

This retreat is suitable for everyone, including absolute beginners, as well as people who have joined us on retreat before and are looking for a different experience. If you're keen to make meditation a daily practice, this retreat is a great step.

It's suitable for people new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners and is ideal for yoga teacher training graduates as the hours you spend on retreat in meditation practice will count towards your continued learning as required by the different yoga associations.

Practice different meditation techniques in a supportive environment, develop your understanding of pranayama and philosophy and learn new skills to support your home practice.
