Jenny Segail, started doing yoga 12 years ago as a solution to her lower back and neck issues. Using a combination of massage and yoga, she found that yoga helped to strengthen her body and dramatically improved her condition.
Her journey opened up a world that she never expected. She found that yoga calmed her mind and helped with the stress of daily life as well as fitting in with her Vegan lifestyle and spiritual beliefs.
She has studied with Judy Krupp, Fabio Fabbri, Christina Pateras and Lucy Andrews, as well as doing numerous intensive workshops. She was privileged to do a workshop with Donna Farhi and regularly visits John Ogilvie’s Studio in Byron Bay. She did her Teacher Training with Byron Yoga and loves sharing her knowledge with yoga students.

Sarah Berry, grew up competing at a national level in various sports, Sarah found true love in the body/mind soothing, strengthening and stretching of yoga. She has been practising for the past twelve years and recently spent a year spent teaching regular public and private classes in Byron Bay.
Now back in the big smoke, she teaches dynamic vinyasa classes at various studios around Sydney.
Sarah, who also works as a health and wellbeing writer, describes her classes as strong, flowing and physical, but balanced out with the spirit and philosophy of yoga. She places a strong focus on alignment and on settling back in to your body and your breath.
Variations are offered for many of the postures, so you can tailor each class to suit your experience and energy levels. The strong will become supple and the supple will become stronger - in body, mind and spirit.
