Byron Yoga Accommodation

The retreat includes ashram style accommodation. The style is clean and simple, similar to yoga ashrams in India, usually two to a room.

The women’s cabin, which usually books out very quickly, has its own bathroom and kitchen. Rooms attached to the main building have a simple shared kitchen, but require a short walk, about 50 metres outside, to get to the bathroom.

There are some simple guidelines to help create a Satvic environment, conducive to the retreat experience. Retreat participants in residence are expected to be cigarette, drug and alcohol free and are asked to maintain silence (where practical) in the mornings before 9am and after 9.30pm. We also ask participants to be vegetarian on site.

During retreat the centre is a place of both relaxation and learning, socialising can be enjoyed around the ashram style of the centre, or at the nearby café or beach, both just a few minutes walk. Byron Yoga Centre is virtually across the road from the beach and a ten minute beach walk into town.

Byron Bay Accommodation
