Create your own yoga retreat experience with our flexible program of up to three yoga classes daily, free time, massage treatments and optional evening entertainment.

Live the yoga lifestyle and enjoy a comprehensive and authentic experience of yoga very day.

Arrival day - Saturday

2:00pm Arrive and settle in to your accommodation

3.00pm Welcome Circle

4.00pm Yoga

Beach YogaDaily Schedule - Sunday to Thursday

6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation
or
7.00 – 7.30am Morning beach walk

7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast

10.00 – 12.00pm Vinyasa yoga – flowing dynamic postures

12.00 – 1.00pm Lunch

1:00 – 4.00pm Massage or free time – to rest, swim, explore Byron Bay

4.00 – 5.30pm Afternoon yoga – focusing on restorative postures

6.00 – 7.30pm Dinner

7.30 – 9.00pm Evening program – film, discussion, meditation or chanting

Departure day – varies according to retreat duration


6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation

10.00am Closing circle
