Byron Yoga retreats
Create your own yoga retreat experience with our flexible programme of up to three yoga classes daily, free time, massage treatments and optional evening entertainment. Live the yoga lifestyle and enjoy a comprehensive and authentic experience of yoga very day.

Arrival day - Saturday
2:00pm Participants can arrive from 2:00pm onwards to settle in to your accommodation before the yoga retreat commences.
3.00pm Welcome and orientation
4.00pm Yoga
Daily Schedule - Sunday to Thursday
6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation or 7.00 – 7.30am Morning beach walk
7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast
10.00 – 12.00pm Vinyasa yoga – flowing dynamic postures with emphasis on breathing
12.15 – 1.00pm Lunch
1:00 – 4.00pm Massage or free time – to rest, swim, explore Byron Bay (or other local location)
4.00 – 5.30pm Afternoon yoga – focusing on restorative postures
6.30 – 7.30pm Dinner
7.45 – 9.15pm Evening program – film, discussion, meditation or kirtan (chanting)
Departure day – varies according to retreat duration
6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation
7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast
10.00am Closing circle
