Byron Yoga Retreats
Create your own retreat experience with our flexible programme of up to three yoga classes daily, free time, massage treatments and optional evening entertainment. Live the yoga lifestyle and enjoy a comprehensive and authentic experience of yoga very day.
Arrival Day - Saturday
12:15pm Lunch will be served to participants who arrive in the morning Please confirm your estimated arrival time to ensure lunch is booked for you
3pm Welcome and orientation
4pm Yoga
Daily Schedule - Sunday to Thursday
6.00 – 7.30am Morning Yoga – including pranayama and meditation or 7.00 – 7.30am Morning Beach Walk
7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast
10am – 12pm Vinyasa Yoga – flowing dynamic postures with emphasis on breathing
12.15 – 1.00pm Lunch
1:00 – 4.00pm Massage or free time – to rest, swim, explore Byron
4.00 – 5.30pm Afternoon Yoga – focusing on restorative postures
6.30 – 7.30pm Dinner
7.45 – 9.15pm Evening Programme – Film, Discussion, Meditation or Kirtan
