Accommodation
Byron Yoga Centre can now offer teacher training students and yoga retreat guests the convenience of staying on site. This budget accommodation adjoins the yoga studios/classrooms and common eating areas.

The style of accommodation is clean and simple, similar to yoga ashrams in India, with usually two people sharing a room. The cost is $130 per week and doesn’t include meals. Healthy and delicious vegetarian meals are prepared on-site, the cost is $1,000 for three meals a day for the 7 week training ($20 per day).

Trainees don't have to commit to staying on-site if they would prefer to change after their arrival.

Our Centre is a ten minute walk to town.

There are some simple guidelines to help create a sattvic (yogic) environment, conducive to study and learning.  Trainees in residence are expected to be cigarette, drug and alcohol free and are asked to maintain silence (where practical) in the mornings before 9am and after 9.30pm. We request trainees be mindful that the Centre is a place of study and learning and that socialising can be done at the local café or beach. We also ask trainees in residence to be vegetarian on site.

Generally, we recommend if you are happy with the above conditions, that trainees do stay on site to gain the most from the course.
