Ultimately, the path to teaching yoga with awareness and understanding involves deepening your own practice. Byron Yoga Centre’s 14-day Teacher Training Course in India is part One of the fully accredited (Yoga Alliance) course. It is designed to deliver holistic training that encompasses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the yogic path. Part two is conducted by correspondence, or could be completed by study at Byron Yoga Centre. Part two is included in the cost. A brief introduction to people and the course will be held after dinner at 7pm. The first yoga class starts at 6.00am the following day (2 November ) and the course finishes on 14 November.
