Yoga Classes - Hunter Valley - Anglican Church Hall, Palace Street, Denman
All our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Each Centre instructor has their own unique style and approach to teaching that has been approved by Byron Yoga Centre.
Class cost
$12 for casual drop-in or pay up-front for 6 classes for $60
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.

Teacher
Tracy Main is a qualified hatha, pre-natal and ante-natal yoga teacher and a member of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia (YTAA). Tracy has been practicing yoga on and off since the age of 13 when her father became a yoga teacher. In spite of this early influence it took her some time to further her yoga practice by undergoing teacher training with the Byron Yoga Centre and she's now full of enthusiasm for the yogic path.
Tracy is also a qualified remedial massage therapist and herbalist, and has a strong focus on preventative health. Tracy currently lives in the small Hunter Valley community of Denman, where she loves bringing the benefits of yoga, pranayama and meditation to both locals and visitors alike.
