All our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Each Centre instructor has their own unique style and approach to teaching that has been approved by Byron Yoga Centre.
Class cost
$18 for casual drop-in or pay up-front for a 10 class pass for $160

The Nitya Sukha (Eternal Happiness) Yoga Centre
The centre offers a safe urban oasis where everyone is encouraged to spend time with themselves and tap into their own inner wisdom. Our focus is to create a space that challenges the mind, heals the body and awakens ones spirit.
Teachers
Miriam Stratz
Miriam has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She had the opportunity to train with a diverse range of teachers, most recently she studied with Robert Byrne one of Melbourne's most respected yoga teachers.
With a background of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga Miriam teaches a flowing style of yoga. Her relaxed manner and her gentle and light approach flow into her style of teaching. Her students will leave class with a sense of total calmness and relaxation.
Miriam undertook her teacher training at the Byron Yoga Center in Byron Bay, completing their 500 hour, yoga alliance accredited teacher training course.
Deanne Velissaris
Deanne Velissaris has completed her 500 hours Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre. Prior to commencing her teacher training she spent 10 years exploring and practicing many different styles of yoga including Bikram, Iyengar and Hatha.
Deanne’s practice has taken her to India several times were she has been able to further explore Yoga’s vast philosophy’s. Her ongoing passion for yoga lead her to become a teacher in the hope of being able to share its transformative healing benefits with as many people as possible.
