Our yoga retreats offer you the freedom to create your own retreat experience with our flexible program of up to three yoga classes daily, free time, massage treatments and optional evening sessions.
Sample Retreat Program (this varies on our themed retreats)
Arrival day - Saturday
2:00pm Arrive and settle in to your accommodation
3.00pm Welcome Circle
4.00pm Yoga
Daily Schedule - Sunday to Thursday
6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation
or
7.00 – 7.30am Morning beach walk
7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast
10.00 – 11.30pm Dynamic yoga
12.00 – 1.00pm Lunch
1:00 – 4.00pm Massage or free time – to rest, swim, explore Byron Bay
4.00 – 5.30pm Restorative yoga
6.00 – 7.30pm Dinner
7.30 – 9.00pm Evening program eg. discussion, meditation, chanting
Departure day – Friday
6.00 – 7.30am Morning yoga – including pranayama and meditation
7.45 – 8.30am Breakfast
9.00am Closing circle
10.00am Departure
