Our Alumni Association is free to join for all Byron Yoga Centre Level 1 & 2 and Therapy Course graduates, and is there to support your ongoing professional development as a yoga instructor.

As a member you’ll be able to take advantage of discounts on our retreats and teacher training courses, as well as the chance to keep refining your skills and knowledge with special workshops, events and clinics.

India Graduate Program

In November 2010 we’ll be offering a unique Graduates Program to run in parallel with the 14-day retreat and Intensive Level 1 Teacher Training at our venue in India. More details will be available soon.

Each day you’ll be taking part in a morning and afternoon led practice with your fellow graduates to refresh and build on your teaching and leadership skills. You’ll also enjoy daily workshops, talks and discussion sessions led by Byron Yoga Centre’s senior teachers as well as some surprise, special guest local teachers and therapists.

Yoga Therapy Course Overview

This course is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of yoga teachers in instructing students with special needs. Learn to specialize in this growing field of Yoga Therapy.

Training will be provided in designing and sequencing individualized programs for students with specific medical/health conditions or injuries. This course is also a good way to refine your ability as a teacher of general classes, to help you to more adeptly ‘juggle’ students with varying needs.
