Course DescriptionRestorative_Yoga_Byron_Bay

Restorative yoga can be used for so many conditions and contexts ranging from post-operative to women’s health to a number of stress-related conditions such as Adrenal Fatigue and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Go deeper into your understanding and practice of Restorative Yoga through this 1-Day Level 2 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training.

This Level 2 Restorative Teacher Training expands on the knowledge and practices covered in the Level 1 Training and includes the following content:
  • Learn additional beneficial Restorative Postures to apply in your practice and teaching
  • Practice teaching of Level 1 & Level 2 Postures to increase your fluency of instructing these postures, including prop-set ups and developing your own beautiful teaching script
  • Sample therapeutic Restorative Sequences – for menstrual health, fatigue, immune system and headache.

Byron Bay Level 2 Course Facilitator

Star Despres is a devoted yogini, practising since she was 19 and teaching since 2006. She is a Senior Byron Yoga Centre qualified Teacher and Teacher Trainer, has been facilitating Bliss Baby Yoga Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training courses since 2010.

Star’s passions rest in inspiring and empowering women to reconnect with the divine feminine, no matter what stage of life they are in, and assisting them to find a more nurturing approach to life. She especially loves to support women through pregnancy, the postnatal period and times of exhaustion and depletion via the practise of Restorative Yoga and daily self care rituals. She is also the founder of Divine Star, an Online sanctuary for women to reconnect to their authentic selves.

Her greatest role is as a mama of 2 daughters (17 years apart), and continues to fine tune the balance of work and Mamahood whilst also honouring her own needs.
