Retreat Program

The 5 day Mid Week Retreat offers participants a flexible program of yoga classes, meditation and pranayama, plus workshops on nutrition, yogic philosophy, holistic wellness and cooking demonstrations. For registered yoga teachers, this retreat more than meets the required 12 points for Yoga Australia’s annual CPD policy for its members.

You will start each day with the option of an early morning yoga class, a walk a beach meditation and swim in the ocean – or you can choose to stay in bed! There is plenty of time to relax by the pool, to visit the beach or explore the town (20-25 minuets walk from the retreat centre). Plus included in the price are 2 rejuvenating massage treatments – you can choose to book additional massage at your own cost subject to availability.
