Half Day Yoga Retreat is $89 per person or $169 including a 45 minute massage and goes for 5 hours from 8:30am – 1:30pm. The session includes a 90 minute yoga flow class, a 60 minute yogic lifestyle session (Tuesday – Postural Alignment, Wednesday – Cooking Class, or Thursday – Organic Garden Tour, or Saturday – pranayama), a delicious vegetarian lunch, and use of our retreat facililities including the heated 20 metre magnesium mineral salt pool. Half Day Retreats are available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.

Full Day Yoga Retreat is $200 per person or $280 including a 45 minute massage. This allows you to participate in our retreat program for up to 12 hours. The schedule is flexible allowing you to participate in as much or as little as you feel up to. Full Day Retreats are available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.

  • Use of Byron Yoga Centre facilities set on 15 acres
  • 90 minute morning yoga flow class with one of our senior yoga instructors
  • Nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner sourced mostly from our organic gardens
  • Herbal teas and fruit throughout the day
  • A 60 minute yogic lifestyle session
    • TUESDAY: 60 minute fundamentals of asana alignment session
    • WEDNESDAY: 60 minute cooking class
    • THURSDAY: 60 minute garden tour
    • SATURDAY: 60 minute pranayama
  • One optional treatment/ massage
  • Afternoon restorative / Yin Yoga Class
  • Time to relax and enjoy the heated 20 metre magnesium mineral salt swimming pool
  • Evening guided Meditation/ Philosophy / Wellness session

Our retreats are suitable for yogis of all levels of experience including beginners. The yoga taught at Byron Yoga Retreat Centre is called Purna, meaning integrated or complete. We offer a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also meditation, pranayama breath exercises and philosophy.

  • Available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your retreat for check in

The following items are not included in the FULL or HALF Day Yoga Retreat price, but can be added by request:

  • Coffee, chai and cold drinks eg coconut water
  • Sweet treats (‘healthy’ desserts: raw, gluten and refined sugar free)
  • Treatment / massage
  • Bookings not available for those under the age of 16
  • Minimum 3pax and maximum 20pax
  • No transfers (we are located 1km from town/ 20-minute walk)
  • The site is cigarette, alcohol and drug free and is strictly vegetarian.
  • Guests are asked to be mindful that the Byron Yoga Retreat Centre is a place of relaxation and reflection.
  • We require 48 hours notice when booking our FULL day retreat
