Prices start from $89
Half Day Yoga Retreat is $89 per person or $189 including a 50 minute massage and goes for 5 hours from 8:30am – 1:30pm. The session includes a 90 minute slow flow yoga class, a 60 minute yogic lifestyle session (Tuesday – fundamentals of asana alignment session, Wednesday – Cooking Class, Thursday – Organic Garden Tour, Saturday – fundamentals of asana alignment session, or Sunday – yoga philosophy) a delicious vegetarian lunch, and use of our retreat facilities including the heated 20 metre magnesium mineral salt pool. Half Day Retreats are available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Full Day Yoga Retreat is $200 per person or $300 including a 50 minute massage. This allows you to participate in our retreat program for up to 12 hours. The schedule is flexible allowing you to participate in as much or as little as you feel up to. Full Day Retreats are available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.

Our retreats are suitable for yogis of all levels of experience including beginners. The yoga taught at Byron Yoga Retreat Centre is called Purna, meaning integrated or complete. We offer a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also meditation, pranayama breath exercises and philosophy.

We boast 3 acres of beautiful organic gardens, which supplies most of the food for our vegetarian menu. Our meals are meticulously crafted to be nutritionally balanced, cleansing, and nourishing.
Our commitment to SLOW means sourcing super-fresh produce from our own organic gardens whenever possible and opting for local, organic, and in-season ingredients. This ensures not only the exceptional taste of our meals but also provides toxin-free food with maximum freshness, delivering optimum nutrients to the body.
