This 5 Day Wellness Retreat is great value. Take advantage of a Monday to Friday program and perhaps book to stay one or two extra nights to enjoy the state of wellbeing while still at the tranquil Byron Yoga Retreat Centre.

The program is a balance of wellness sessions and yoga classes and includes two complimentary treatments at the Wellness Centre. You will have time to enjoy the mineral salt swimming pool (solar heated in winter), explore Byron and the beautiful beaches. You will benefit from healthy and delicious vegetarian food, with much of the produce coming from the organic permaculture gardens at the retreat centre.

If you have limited time, maybe the 3 Day Byron Wellness Retreat is for you, or if you have more time, consider choosing our 7 Day Byron Wellness Retreat and give yourself the opportunity to immerse yourself in the yoga and wellness program.

Wellness Retreat Program

The 5 day retreat offers participants a holistic program of sessions focused on imparting information to help you establish healthy habits and take away tools to help you create wellbeing in all areas of your life. Workshops include nutrition, yogic philosophy, cooking demonstrations and advice to help you build a yoga, meditation and healthy lifestyle practice you can continue at home.

Each day starts with the option of a dynamic yoga class, suitable for beginners and can be a great introduction to yoga. You will also be offered the opportunity for an early morning walk to the iconic Byron Bay Lighthouse.

After a healthy breakfast you will participate in the main Wellness Session of the day followed by a short break and then a more gentle yoga class. These classes are optional and you could choose to do some laps in the pool, cycle to the beach or perhaps relax with an inspiring book.

Afternoons are free to enjoy the pool or the beach. You can choose to connect with others in the group or take the opportunity for some alone time. The afternoons are also the best time to book for your treatments at the Wellness Centre. Included in the price are 2 rejuvenating treatments – you can choose from different styles of massage.. The flexible schedule is aimed at improving your wellness whilst allowing free time to relax and recharge.
