About the Host
Aurora has been a Teacher Trainer and Retreat Host at Byron Yoga Centre since 2016 and is known for her calm, compassionate way of holding space. Her teaching weaves together Yin, Restorative and gentle Hatha yoga, with a strong focus on deep rest, emotional wellbeing and nervous system support.
With over 20 years of personal practice and a background as an Emotional Wellbeing Coach, Aurora brings a lived understanding of burnout and the importance of slowing down. Her work invites students to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and make space for what truly matters — on and off the mat.

With over 20 years’ experience in health and wellness, Erin combines her background in exercise and health science (BSc), psychology (MSc Coaching Psychology), and mindfulness to support meaningful growth.
Her teaching is inspired by traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga, and she’s passionate about guiding students to deepen their awareness and wellbeing.

About the Host
She has been practicing yoga for nine years, and her role at BYC has helped keep her love for yoga alive.
With her Brazilian background, Renata’s greatest passion is dancing. She has been practicing conscious dance for the past ten years and offers Dance Meditation classes.
