Terms and Conditions

  • By entering the Free Retreat Competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Any instructions on the Byron Yoga Centre website forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years. No employees of Byron Yoga Centre or their family members are eligible to enter.
  • Each entrant can only submit one entry into the Free Retreat Competition.
  • The location of the training and retreats forming the Free Retreat Competition is the Byron Yoga Retreat Centre at 50 Skinners Shoot Road, Byron Bay NSW 2481 and the winner is responsible for all travel costs to the Byron Yoga Centre. Travel costs including airfares, insurance and transfers are not included in the Prize.
  • Bookings are subject to availability, however the winner will be prioritised on any waitlist.
  • If a retreat included in the prize or the 50% Off offer is subsequently cancelled, Byron Yoga Centre reserves the right to transfer the participant to another retreat of their choice within the prize period 17 Oct -23 Dec 2022. Any cancelled training or retreat booking cannot be redeemed for cash or is transferable outside the prize period.
  • The Free Retreat prize is for any 3 day retreat from 17 Oct to 23 Dec 2022
  • The 50% Off vouchers are valid for any 7, 5 or 3 day retreat 17 Oct – 23 Dec 2022 excluding our Womens Retreat and any current bookings.
  • All uptake and bookings are subject to availability. 
  • The Free Retreat prize and the 50% Off Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If the winners fails to take up any of the prize or discounted retreats no compensation will be offered and no alternative winner will be announced.
  • The Free Retreat prize includes the accommodation offered in the standard package for each event as detailed on the website www.byronyoga.com (a shared twin room with shared bathroom.) Upgrading to an ensuite room or private room is subject to further cost to the winner and to availability.
  • The 50% Off Vouchers can be used on any accomodation type of your chocie.
  • It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with the Terms and Condition and Byron Yoga Centre reserves the right to ask the winner to leave the Byron Yoga Retreat Centre if their behaviour disrupts other guests or is detrimental to the business in any way.
  • The winner will be decided a random draw and no correspondence will be entered into in regards to the outcome.
