Easter long weekend is the ideal opportunity to take time out for a wellness retreat. It’s a vibrant time to visit Byron Bay and the weather is usually that perfect balance of warm, not too hot with cooling breezes.

This special retreat will give you the chance to refocus on your health, immerse yourself in yoga and wellness sessions, to relax at the beach and unwind in the tranquil atmosphere of Byron Yoga Retreat Centre.

The flexible program of our Yoga and Health retreat combines yoga and meditation classes plus sessions on nutrition, holistic wellness and yogic philosophy. For registered yoga teachers, this retreat more than meets the required 12 points for Yoga Australia’s annual CPD policy for its members.

This retreat is the perfect way to bring back the feeling of health, happiness and clarity.

Retreat Description

This Easter retreat is designed to kick start healthy habits and to help you to develop an overall wellness program. You will gain tools you can take home with you to integrate into your life and facilitate long term changes.

Our delicious vegetarian meals are prepared using ingredients from our amazing organic garden and we can cater for special dietary requirements. The nutritionally balanced menu, combined with yoga, will naturally cleanse the body leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Through diet, yoga, meditation and relaxing time which includes a massage – we will give you the tools required to naturally regulate the hormones in the body and reduce strain on the adrenal system.

A highlight of your stay will be the relaxing massage treatment, as you lay back while the therapists work their magic. There will be time to enjoy the heated mineral salt swimming pool and to relax at the beach or explore the town.


Our retreats are suitable for people of all levels of yoga experience from beginners right through to long time yogis. The program is flexible with the option to add-on surfing, kayaking or a trip to the awe inspiring Crystal Castle. These are great options if you are coming with a partner or friend who prefers a range of activities or if you are a returning guest to Byron Yoga Retreat Centre.
