  • 100gm baby spinach leaves
  • 100gm snowpeas
  • 2 ripe pears
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 tablespoon rice bran oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Rinse and drain spinach leaves and snowpeas and arrange in a salad bowl. Core and slice the pears, and add them. Toss the walnut halves into the bowl. Mix together the oils and lemon juice, pour over the salad and toss lightly.
