Warming Spiced Tea

Slice an apple, a pear and one orange, place in a cooking pot with a handful of raspberries. Add one or two fresh cinnamon quills, a few cardamom pods, a quarter of a teaspoon of ground nutmeg, two star anise and a splash of maple syrup. Cover with filtered water and sprinkle with love! Bring to the boil and simmer for 30-45 minutes for maximum flavor and warmth. 

Enjoy every sip mindfully and joyfully!
