Offering affordable 3 day, 5 day and 7 day yoga and health programs, plus special interest retreats.

Teacher Trainings

Our Level 1 and Level 2 Yoga Alliance accredited courses are industry leaders.

Our 11351NAT Certificate IV in Yoga Teacher Training - 12 month course (20 hours per week) represents one of the highest possible yoga teaching qualifications.

Yoga Classes

We also run classes at our Byron Yoga Retreat Centre and regular workshops around Australia.

As one of australia's longest running yoga centres, established in 1988, our studio is popular with locals and visitors to Byron Bay
