• 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups of Milk (I used coco quench)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamon
  • 2 Grated Medium Apples
  • Juice of 2 Oranges
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Apricots
  • 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
  • 1/4 Cup Flaked Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs

Option: add any other variation of dried fruit and nuts of your choice


  • Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl and mix well
  • Stir through milk and ensure there is enough liquid to cover the entire mixture – if not add more milk until it does
  • Cover and store in fridge over night
  • Serve chilled with your choice of fresh fruits


Note: needs to be prepared the day before serving. Will keep for 2 days in the fridge.
